2. Verify access and check hardware

We must confirm you live at the property or have the owner’s permission. Once on site, we inspect each lock, handle set, and deadbolt. We look for worn latches, loose screws, misaligned strikes, and any doors that stick in the Houston humidity.

3. Rekey the cylinders

We remove the lock cylinders, change the pins to a new key code, and put everything back together. Your old keys are retired. If a lock is defective, we tell you right away and offer a sensible replacement option.

4. Key alike if requested

Want one key for the front door, back door, garage service door, and side gate? In many homes we can key them alike. There are exceptions if the locks use different key types, but we can usually fix that too.

5. Test and tune every door
